I Can't Make This Sh*t Up

Lilly pooped her pants again tonight.  When I tried to take the underwear off, the poop rolled out onto the floor and you guessed it...Lilly stepped right in it.

I will survive this, Right?

Errands With a Potty Training Toddler

So Lilly has been doing soo good with her potty training.  We have candy for pee and prizes for poo.  So far the only accidents have been #2.  I think I have learned my lesson on this though and have stopped asking her if she needs to go and instead ask her if her stomach hurts.  This has been my clue lately that she needs to go is that she will say her stomach hurts.  It only took me three weeks to pick up on this.  Apparantly I'm slow (or a terrible listener), (or deaf).
So yesterday we venture out with our underwear instead of a pullup.  We empty our bladders and get in the car.  Everything is great.  We get to our destination and I, for the first time, let her walk instead of sit in the cart.  She was good for the most part.  They are probably still rearranging everything that she picked up and put in other places but hey it kept her busy.

I failed to ask her if her stomach hurt the first thirty minutes we were there.

Then she shit her pants.

In Target.

Game over.

SAHM: Day 4

So far my house is clean, my clothes are washed (AND FOLDED AND PUT AWAY), my kids are fed and I am still alive.  Yesterday I napped and if you know me, you know I am not a napper.
Reinforcements are on their way tonight in the form of grandparents.  This mama needs a glass bottle of wine!
P.S. If I am on any of your prayer chains, you might want to keep me on it.  Just sayin...

A Date With Lilly

0-60 In One Month

Dela has gone from an infant to a mobile person in the blink of an eye.  My girl is crawling, saying momma and now pulling up on anything she can find.  Just last week she couldn't do any of these, le sigh...

And Those Eyes!

Kids Say the Darndest Things!

Lilly told me yesterday, "Mommy you have polka dots on your back!" (as she was referring to my moles)  I guess that's one way of looking at it!
