So... I did not order enough birth announcements resulting in a "re-order".  If you do not get an announcement this week then you didn't make the 1st round draft pick.  More are on the way so please be patient!  To kill the time, please look at the prettiest girl in the whole wide world!!! (and her dad too)

Birth Announcement?

Yes, I finally created one! And yes, it will soon be on it's way to a mailbox near you!  I had pictures of Lilly taken when she was 10 days old but in order to use the photos she took I would have to buy the images on a cd from her.  If you would like to see them, please send me a check or money order for $150 (because I am not buying them since out of 64 pictures, I only like 5 of them).  So last week I made Lilly put on her frilly panties and pose for a photo shoot. 

Anyone notice anything strange?  She may not look like me but she sure knows how to use that middle finger like me.  Don't worry, these did not make it onto the birth announcement!

So Tonight Is The Night

I think that Lilly has finally outgrown the co-sleeper and is ready to move to her big girl room!  I find her sleeping either way to close to the side or she scoots her way into the corners so I think she has run out room.  She will have way more space to roam and run free in her crib.  I can't believe that at almost 11 weeks she is even still in our room!  I always said that she would move way before this but every time we talked about it, one of us would say "just another week".  So wish us luck and a restful night sleep.  To pass the time, here are some new pics...

Our New Toy

Paul and I decided that everyone was missing out on all of Lilly's amazing talents so we broke down and bought a Flip camera.  This little toy is so much fun that we have found ourselves filming her when she isn't doing anything at all.  She just looks at us like we are crazy!  Anyway, here are a couple of videos that we have taken of Lilly doing random cooing.  Also, I found Paul and Lilly in sleep mode today when I came home from running errands and just had to film it...Enjoy!

2 Months & Bandaids

Hello Blog - It's Lilly :)  I am finding my voice so I thought I would update you on all the things going on in my life right now.  I am 2 months old!  Can you believe it?  My parents sure can't!  They never thought we would get past the 6 weeks mark and now they want it to all slow down.  At least my mom does because daycare is looming around the corner :(
I went to the doctor yesterday and they weighed and measured me.  I am now 10.9 lbs and exactly 22 inches long.  Most of the percentages put me at or below the 50% mark which makes me somewhat "petite".  I thought we were all done but there was talk about something called vacines?  So then the nurse came in and gave me some liquid that tasted ok.  I thought that was it but then that bi#@h stuck me with something that made my face turn purple.  I couldn't even catch my breath to ask what the hell was going on!  It S-U-C-K-E-D! Once that was over, mom stuck her boob in my mouth to shut me up and all was well.  I was going to leave with a really cool bandaid but it wouldn't stick so they went old school on me and just gave me a bland looking one.  Oh well, I was just glad to get out of there in one piece!
In other news....  the zantac is still working really well.  I only get fussy when I am super hungry or tired but don't we all?  I still hate baths and I also still hate having my clothes changed.  This worries my mom that I am going to be one of those "dirty faced kids"  that other moms talk about.  You know the ones I'm talking about,  don't you?  I am really starting to smile and coo and I love open mouth kisses.  I have also found my fist and I love putting them in my mouth and getting my slobber everywhere.  I guess it's almost time to break out the ugly bibs.  They are so not fashionable!
