Mommy's Little Helper

Lilly likes to be held... A Lot!  Or maybe I just like to hold her all the time?  Anyway, all of this bonding makes it really hard to get things done around the house.  Especially whens it is time to make something to eat, load/unload the dishwasher, put groceries away, etc.  I started to get creative on where Lilly could sit while I was doing all of these tedious chores.  A light bulb went off!  Say hello to my little friend...The Time Out Chair!
Please excuse her facial expressions.  She was just surprised by how much she enjoys this new toy!  Be prepared to see many pictures on the blog with her sitting in it :)

This is what we think about "Silent Reflux"...

But don't worry! We are now on Zantac twice a day and we are much happier these days! Of course I am still a baby and am allowed to have grumpy moments just to keep my parents on their toes :)  Here are a couple of pictures to satisfy those in SE Texas...

Week In Review (x's 2)

It has been a busy two weeks!  Grandma, Grandpa and Great-Grandpa James came in for Memorial weekend and we decided at the last minute to boil up some mudbugs!  It was a beautiful day and Lilly enjoyed most of it asleep (therefore mom enjoyed most of it because I was asleep).  Grandma stayed the week to help mom out and let her catch up on errands, chores and other odds and ends.  The next weekend, we packed up and headed down to the beach for the week to stay with Papa and Nanny for the week.  Lilly got to meet her Great GG Kramer and see the beach for the first time. Then to cap off the tour, we stopped back in to Beaumont to spend the weekend with the Daugereaus for Grandpa James 80th birthday!  We are now back home and officially on our own.  Here are some pics that capture all the festivities...
