Catching Up (19 & 32 Months)
Sorry for the silence. Been a little busy around these parts...
We will start with Lilly. She had a fantastic Christmas. ALL of her people were here with her this year and everyone got to witness her getting her first real big girl bike (her rainbow bike). She got some other things but letsbehonest, nothing else mattered except that bike!
She is getting (or seems to us) so tall. We are both certain that she will be taller than us. She wears 4T pants because all her 3T's are too short. And I have noticed that some of 3T shirts are becoming crop tops. So funny to see how something fits one day and not the next.
She is learning to swing in a big girl swing and will chant "legs up and down, legs up and down" everytime. She still prefers a fishing pole over a barbie doll but I'm good with that because I've got a diva on my hands with Dela.
Speaking of...
Mean girl. Hits. Bites. Pinches. Pulls hair. and then laughs like the devil.
WeAreInSoMuchTrouble with this one.
She is into clothes, shoes, bows, painted toes/nails, real babies & fake babies.
She's still little (12% height) and can still fit into anywhere from a 12 month to and 18 month clothes.
We are working on tooth #9-12.
Her vocabulary finally exploded and will say and repeat everything.
Still doesn't watch tv at all. Please just sit for one episode of Sesame Street!
Climbs on everything. We had to move their table and chair set to a new wall because we found her sitting on the kitchen counter playing on my phone.
Time out is in her near future.

DPD:16 months
Since this is the only "baby album" you have, I feel very obligated to document you the same as your sister. Oh second child....
- Body parts (everything is your belly button)
- Finally putting two words together (usually Bye Daddy as he leaves to go to work)
- 7 teeth (8th is trying to come thru)
- I ask you a question and you tell me no and shake your head
- Obsessed with your babies
- Obsessed with shoes
- Telling me when you have poo poo
- Tons and I mean TONS of hair (you definitely have my hair)
- Pointing to bruises or scapes and saying bo-bo repeatedly
- Facing forward in your new car seat and LOVING it
- Still not interested at all in TV although you do like the intro to Yo Gabba Gabba and Team Umizumee
- Loves music and musical instruments
- Loves to dance and will turn around in circles until you fall
- Eats everything!

The Girls - August Edition
Lilly, 3 years & 2 months
- Swim lessons are great and she can now swim under water
- loves to have her nails and toes painted
- loves to play in my makeup and will almost not leave the house without her lips on
- soccer and gymanastics are coming to a close as MDO and Dance will now start up
- likes to buckle her seatbelt all on her own and does a really good job at at
- can work an i-phone and a kindle better than her momma
- Picks on sister constantly (see series of photos below)
Dela, 14 months
- can pretty much run now
- has 4 teeth
- has a ton more hair than Lilly did at this age and really needs her first real haircut already :(
- says mama, dada, eye, hi, mine, that
- can wave hi and bye
- says night night and hangs on the babygate to go upstairs
- can crawl up the stairs
- DOES NOT SHARE WELL WITH OTHERS
